Gettysburg: Turning Point in the War (URL)
All the advantages the North seemingly would have allowed the belief of an easy victory for the Union to resonate in everyone's minds. In fact it did just that and most people in the North believed it would be a war with only a few minute battles and the North would suppress the Southern rebellion. However, the South had more advantages than the North did in the beginning of the war and they turned this "rebellion" into the bloodiest war in American history. After Gettysburg the tables began to turn. With Lincoln's political strategies to back them the Union began to have the advantages on their side and that eventually allowed them to be victorious.
